We've become such a disposable society. I really hope that changes with our faltering economy. I know I have a new job around here and that is taking in the recycling for cash - we'll no longer use the curbside can except for newspapers and things they won't take at the recycling plant. We also a few months ago stopped using the plastic bags for groceries. I have my Chico bags that I use for everything. It seems lately I keep hearing about another city banning the plastic bags and charging people for using them. I love it! If I'm not mistaken - the city of San Francisco tried that a few years ago - here's an interesting article on it. But recently Seattle proposed a ban and a 20 cent tax. And a few days later Los Angeles county is trying the same thing. All I can say - is you go!

I like it. Nice post.
But, let's talk about your camera. I've been wondering when you were going to get with the times...but now, no new camera? I'm willing to buy your old one and take it off your hands for you. Or I could deliver it to the Thrift store for you. Trust me.
I know, I know.... I still have my old 35 mm Ricoh. Am I holding onto it for the memories? I don't know... It doesn't work well - I should just get ride of it.... Craigslist?.....
